The heat is getting stronger as the fire of
#StarMusicTrek blazes through the earmarked cities in Nigeria bringing
with it at every of these cities, A-list headliners, as they are set to
rock with show-stopping performances.
Fresh from electrifying the city of Calabar last weekend, the 2015 Star Music Trek is bringing the country’s largest and most popular annual music festival to the city of Abakaliki. The concert, which is sponsored by Nigeria’s favorite beer, STAR will feature blockbuster performances by some of the biggest names in Nigerian music such as MI, Burna Boy, Cynthia Morgan, Naeto C, DJ Snoop Da Damaja, DJ Neptune and Lafup.

#AbakalikiRocks will take place at Abakaliki Township Stadium, Abakaliki on Saturday May 9, 2015 from 7pm.
The
nationwide concert tour which has thrilled Nigerian music fans for
nearly two decades has a tradition of bringing the country’s biggest
artists together to thrill fans around the country and this year’s theme My Superstar Story aims to inspire the youth to view their situations as a work in progress and to always keep their goals in mind.
Following Abakaliki, the 2015 Star Music Trek will make the following stops: Awka on May 16, Markurdi on August 1, Sapele on August 8, Auchi on August 15, Ibadan on August 22 and Lagos on Aug 29.
